I had the privilege of joining a stellar line up that performed for the Gala perfomance.
I played two original songs.
Song of Joy, an original instrumental and Not The Only One, a love song that I wrote with lyrics as well as music.
I was surprised by the audience reaction with many people coming up to me after the concert and saying how well they loved my songs that I had written and how they really enjoyed my singing!
People also thanked me for sharing my music with them!
And.
My dentist was in the audience and came up and gave me a hug and said how much he was moved by my music.
He knew I was a performer but had never seen me play before.
It was a lovely event and a personal success for me 🙂
